Your Very First Visit With AmeriDental, Inc,

We are happy to see you have chosen AmeriDental  family dental care in the North Brunswick, New Jersey, area.  In your first visit we will request your patient information and in case of emergency visit review any concerns or discuss findings.  Majority of our  new patients will have digital x-rays taken to better assess the quality of their teeth and health.   A periodontal screening helps us check for gum disease. But most importantly – we want to address your primary concern of your visit.

Depending on what type of dental procedure you need, we may be able to start treatment as soon as the first visit. At the very least, we will walk you through your dental options and provide you with a customized care plan to fit those needs. Our office manager will discuss the plan as it relates to your insurance coverage and any out of pocket expenses, so that there are no surprises.

New Patient Forms

For your first visit we recommend by filling out your new patient paperwork in the comfort of your own home.  Also you can come in early or your appointment and fill up all the information that his needed.
